The goal of this working group is to give feedback to CalMHSA, in particular and the state in general, regarding anything related to peer support certification. All PEERS Welcome.

PEER HR+

This hour long zoom call begins with a brief 15 minute mini-webinar on an HR or administrative issue. The last 45 minutes are devoted to questions & answers and discussion on any administrative or HR Topic. Organizational Representatives only; Designed for the person in your organization that wears the HR hat, as well as, others involved in supervision.

PEERS ADVOCACY LEADERSHIP

Discussion of Issues and strategy. Join these meetings and make an impact on Peers Policy in the State.

SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP

This hour long zoom call begins with a brief 15 minute mini-webinar followed by discussion and questions & answers. It is designed for Peer staff, who are not currently supervisors, who want to build their leadership and supervision skills for the future. Mirrors some of the topics covered in PEERS HR+.
